Travel

Too many people with a physical disability are wary of travel especially by air. Too many hours of my working life were spent flying so adding a mobility scooter to my luggage was a challenge that I met head on. It can be negotiated easily and safely but there is a technique and this will significantly reduce the chances of damage.

The airlines want you and your luggage to arrive at the destination safely . The danger lies with the people who move it on and off the plane so keep that to a minimum. Good luck and do not be frightened.
