London Congestion Charges

Blue Badge holders qualify for a 100 per cent exemption from the Congestion Charge but you must register with Transport for London and pay £10 before travelling.  This means that you can drive into central London without having to pay the Congestion Charge.

BBC but you will need details about your Blue Badge.  Disabled drivers who have a disabled car tax exemption certificate do not have to pay the Congestion Charge but they will need to register.  You must give the  number plate of car that is to be exempt from the charge

You need to register every year for the exemption certificate for London congestion charges, a reminder is sent to you.

In central London the ruleas for disabled parking spaces may well be different from those else where so it is essential that you check these carefully.
